TAB-Low Country Facilitator(s)

Each facilitator with The Alternative Board® (TAB) is an experienced business person who has successfully completed an extensive TAB facilitator training program and participates in ongoing training sessions. Most facilitators run or have run their own businesses giving them a unique perspective to share with the board members.

The TAB facilitator guides the group discussions without dominating the meetings and encourages all members to express their views while keeping the discussion on track. They also ensure problem solving ideas are generated and the meeting does not become a gripe session.

Bernie Moscovitz is the CEO of the Business Leadership Group/EBA, Inc., a firm specializing in strategic marketing consultation and direction for business, industry and non-profits located in Beaufort, South Carolina. In his over 35 years of experience,Bernie held the top executive position in two multi-national and one Canadian ad agency and played a pivotal role in the successes of international airlines, hotel and car rental companies, the nation’s largest consumer products companies, financial institutions and scores of small businesses. In the five years before founding EBA, he served as the CEO of America’s second largest charity. His areas of special focus include strategy development and implementation; team-building; executive and motivational training; and all aspects of marketing and communications. Bernie is an Economics and Sociology graduate of McGill University in Montreal.
